Default Traveling tips?

Hi! Just a quick question that might be helpful to others, as well as myself...does anyone have any tips they can share for traveling? I used to love to travel, and hope to visit my son this spring, but it is so difficult for me to sleep in a flat bed (I use an adjustable one at home), not to mention long car trips One specific question I have is, has anyone found a hotel chain that can accomodate some of our unique health issues...such as a comfortable recliner to sleep in? Obviously air travel rather than car would be helpful...any other suggestions?

Thanks...

Donna
