Default Tingling back of neck

I have a lot of tingling in back of neck to one side. Anyone else get this?
I also feel pain in chest area. I believe from bad posture. Anyone else? I have been writing on computer a lot.

I had the deep boring pain, burning pain and stiffness & tension pain but I don't recall tingling
But I have no doubt it can happen though.

If you were in the forward posture a oftent it does a lot of bad things to us.

I suggest laying out on the floor with arms at a comfortable position for you - along side the body, or if you can out just a little or as far as is doable with no pain or no symptoms flaring up.

take belly breaths and let the shoulder relax and drop down.

the forward head/arms position shortens the chest muscles and stretches the upper back muscles.
we have to let those get back into the proper places.

or if you are able to lay face up over a large exercise ball, or something similar , rolled towels or blankets...to get more stretch --
but only if you can tolerate the floor positions with no flare.

This was something I did many times a day and still do when i feel the tightness creeping in.
but baby steps are the way to work on it -esp if you flare severely

the idea is to get the front of the chest/armpits opened back up and to get the pressure off in those areas.

I get the tingling... around C7-T1... sometimes to the left or right and sometimes center. I figure the nerves are angry and the muscles are tired, so I do a chin tuck to try to relieve any stress.

i get my tingling in my hands when i carry groceries. on occasion i get it almost anywhere tho. i see it as a warning and ease off.

as for the chest, yes, pain. my ribs don't respond to certain positions, such as sprawling across the pickup to reach for something a little too far away. in yoga i am learning all the counter stretches so if i goof i can do the counter stretch and recover. it costs less than a chiro.

one beneficial stretch. lay on back. knees up. put right leg over left knee, left hand on right knee, right hand out to side palm down. push down on right knee twisting it to left floor, look over right hand. repeat other side. deep breathing will lengthen the stretch. i find this loosens up my arms and ribs.

I have chest pain all the time, when I'm in a bad flare it's almost unbearable. I use the medicine/pilates ball face up as well for nerve stretches

I have the tingling but also goes up front of neck up to chin and bottomlip and around ears. Strange sensation I often describe as if have someones hands around my throat. It is a feeling of fullness and not pleasant at all so I know how you feel on that score.

Hope it ease up or/ and the suggestions of jomar and tied help.
Hx
