Default Weather??????

We are searching for answers here..... Scotts vocalizations have been really bad now for over a month.... even he is getting concerned.... we've had an unusually wet and cold snowy winter this year.... could that have any thing to do with it?
He says he isn't under that much stress. Like i said we are searching for answers..... any ideas?????
