Default headaches

For the past week, ive had headaches everyday, 24 hours a day. From the moment i open my eyes until i fall asleep again. This has been worrying me. Previously, i only had headaches (worst afer a new concussion) during some certain days, and no very frequent. sometimes once every couple weeks.
Has anyone else experienced this from PCS?

My headaches have always been mainly a throbbing pain, and it always feels liek its outside the skull. its hurts at different spots the size of a coin throughout the day. And if they are not big spots that hurts, its a very small area, sharp pain, kind of like a needle poking me. And rarely i get a tight feeling kind of headache, again it feels like its outside of the skull. Usually when i press on that spot that hurts, the pain disappears. Sometimes these spots are sore upon touching.
Do anyone experience these kind of headaches?
