Default Your Average Day

I was just wondering if each of you could give a time table of your average day - lately l I have been feeling hard done by being limited by my rest and sleep time during the day. Going on 9 years with this and sooooooo fed up!

My average day is as follows

8am - drag self out of bed and force myself to go for a walk (once again I give up walking ocassionally)
9.30 - shower and then breakfast
10.30- read newspaper, do crossword and code breaker to ensure brain functions, maybe check out email, basic household chores
11.30 - half hour of eyes shut flat on my back on bed - this prevents headaches
12.30 -lunch - sometimes meeting a friend (who works) in a quiet cafe
2.30/3ish sleep - flat on my back with alarm to wake me
4.30 - prepare dinner, get washing in - or do nothing if feeling grotty
9.30/10pm bed maybe sleep maybe prowl around the house....... if lucky sleep.........

Note if I have something special to do -eg doctors appointment, hair dresser, decide to wash my car- basically anything out of the ordinary most of the above, aside from the rest and sleep time is not done.

Appointments are made to fit in with the rest times as if rest times are missed I don't sleep at all at night and it takes about a week to recover.

So I am just wondering am I alone here????
