Default sleep

I know, and I too struggle with motivation, and finishing things, all sign,s of frontal cortex damage , or just chronic pcs.

but sleep is so important. I have to lay flat many times a day to sort out the HA and nausea,

I find zopiclone helpful with night time sleep, and staying with the rhythm of the family and the rest of the planet

now my GP trusts me to only take it, when I really have to, I know when I will have one of those nights, and take it an hour before

it dosan,t zonk me too much the next day, well dosan,t add to my zonkyness
