Frown Drove the heel of my hand into my head- and tooth nerve...

Sorry to keep doing this.
Support is helpful from others going through PCS.

I drove the heel of my hand into the side of my head while taking a shower (washing hair). Turned to the side slightly (maybe ibuprofin clouded my judgement).

The reason I took th ibu was for the tooth nerve going crazy last night.
Had to take it at 10PM & 3AM.

It hurts, but I wonder how long this type will last- I was getting better.
A week? A few?

Wonder if I need a root canal- but getting one while in PCS- hmm...

Thanks for listening.
