yes i also have a small tension on the right side of my neck, could body weakness on my left side mainly be because of it or lack of lifting weights i did for 5months straight then stopping since then?

As the old song goes, the head bone is connected to the neck bone. Any impact to the head has an impact on the neck. A neck can feel sore on the right but cause symptoms on the left.

Ask your mom to help you get it checked out.

I couldn't say for certain but as Mark says, the neck is directly connected to the head. It could very well be related to it.
