Default cranial nerves

does anyone experience tingling in their face...ear, anywhere else? Tingling at the top and/or back of my head when I do any "thinking" type activity

I get this sometimes when I'm watching tv, computer...walking in stores, etc. Drs. said its the cranial nerves. I also get a chill or throbbing feeling thru my body sometimes.
