so....if I didn't necessarily overdo it...going out, reading, computer tv, then is it just good days and bad days?
I'm trying to notice a pattern so I don't do the things that bring on the lightheadness and headaches, but sometimes even just staying home and a good night sleep...and I will wake up exhausted and then the headache comes on. do you guys notice your symptoms come on right away?? or do you suffer the next day or two? |

Sometimes I realize triggers. Sometimes not. Sometimes this stuff comes on when I least expect it. The hard part for me is not knowing when it's going to hit.

YES, and there is no way to tell the difference between just good days and bad days from those bad days caused by triggers. I know how to avoid all of my triggers and I still have bad days. I just accept that I am having a bad day, mellow out, and live with it.
