Default how much sleep and naps are you getting?

I can't nap during the day...I get in a daze...just lay there but here everything going on around me...just can't sleep.

At night ... 10:30ish to maybe 4:30 if I'm lucky ..not waking. Most nights I wake for a bit in between. I lay there dozing on and off until 7:30ish

Sounds like you might want to try a sleeping medicine. Or a migraine medicine
that can help you sleep.
