I received SSI back in 2002 but did not know I had PCS, yet all the symptoms are listed in my file. My Insurance Company will not give me my Health Plan because they say I was not injured on the set....I had a nervous breakdown....they we all know that happens with PCS. How can I can my SSI to reflect this?

You have provided far too little information to help you with your question.
Are you receiving SSI (welfare) or SSDI (disability)? Where were you injured? What kind of injury? Are you still not working? I am confused. Not a hard thing to do to someone with PCS.
