Here's the deal -- party (70 people for baseball parents dinner--dancing music, etc) We had a blast last year...and my husband organizes it.
1. Do I stay home (and be upset that I am not there) 2. Go for a little while (knowing I will be upset leaving)..but the last 4 hour family party I went to I suffered for 3 days 3. Go for the whole time and say "live a little" and suffer again!! (3 probably not the best option) |

From reading all your posts, I gather you might need to listen to your mind and body a little more. Perhaps take a few relaxation therapy classes. You don't seem ready for these parties. Only you truly know the answer. Suffering for 3 days does not sound worth it. |
