There have been a few times where I all of a sudden get very spacey and it feels like I'm leaving my body, like I'm about to pass out... Have any of you guys actually gone unconscious, without warning? I really can't tell if this thing I get is just an intense symptom which emulates the feeling of passing out, or if it's actually going to happen.

I have. I thought it was a seizure but my doctor tells me I blacked out. I didn't have a lot of feelings before hand though. I didn't know anything till the second it was about to happen and then when it was over. It wasn't a huge deal. I didn't fall or anything. best to you.

Yes, thats happened to me quite a few times. I wonder if its a moment of low blood pressure called "orthostatic hypotension" where when you go from laying to standing too quickly without letting your body adjust to the change in position. I feel very "spacey" like you so, extremely dizzy and immediately grab whatever is closest because ive gone down twice from it.

Seconds beforehand I got a feeling rising from my stomach to my head so if I feel that again, I will be sure to sit down. According to the doctor all of this stuff is par for the course. She agrees it's all annoying and frustrating but normal. |

I've had this happen a few times over the past three years. It is very scary though because there really is no/not much warning of this happening. My most recent one was a month ago yesterday. I remember walking in my bathroom, I got really bad vertigo out of nowhere and just remember grabbing for the towel rack. I ended up taking down the towel with me as I hit the floor and hit the back of my head again.
