B81,
Closing in on 4.5 years since my accident. I still get cold very easily. It has been 108 degrees for a couple weeks at my town now and I sleep every night with a down comforter. Winter time is a chore staying warm during the day, at night I sleep in sweats with my comforter and a hot water bottle. With that being said it is much better now, I get those deep to the bone cold spells that take an hour to warm with 2 water bottles only every few months, it was daily for a couple of years. Bud |
