so why stay home? I suffer either way!!
I did not leave any sitting or laying position all day...pretty much had my eyes shut most of the day...didn't even talk practically ...and still had a migraine! I made myself lunch and family dinner. This is out of control. I feel the less I do...(avoiding people, tv/radio, computer) the less I tolerate! Is this true? Do you notice this? |

I hardly did anything for the first six months. I just try to listen to my body. Sometimes I feel bad but will go do something like fishing with boyfriend because I know I'm going to feel bad wherever I am. But other times I know it is REALLY BAD and I don't attempt to do anything. I guess in 14 months I have learned how to tell if I can go on or not. I've only had about 5 REALLY GOOD days in all this time. The other days it's been bad at least part of the day.

My life has been interrupted by PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome) aka TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) due to a car wreck April 13, 2010. It can go back to normal any day now! |

Well I have been pushing thru for the past 5 days and I can say that I feel a little better day 5 than I did in all the days in the past 9 months!!!! I have been with my daughter in stores (first day was rough) painting her room (again first day was rough).
Today I didn't even have to lay down and last night I only had 2 hours of sleep! |
