I have vivid dreams every night like green frog mentioned. Weird! Most of them I can recollect in the morning. Even now when I think what happened I can recollect. Last night crazy rides in train, friend asking for a beer, I can even remember my friend's face etc.,
Not exactly sure what is happening in my sleep. I will be doing a Sleep Study soon and I don't expect anything about dream but want my doctor wants to know about sleep apnea I guess since I am always tired, headaches, dizzy etc., Some TBI survivors said they don't dream at all. Nothing. How strange is that? |

By the way too much sleep makes all my symptoms worse. Sleep may be good in the beginning days of recovery but not sure after 2 years in my case. Instead I do meditation.
Ofcourse before my TBI after sleep I have so much energy. Now it tends to be opposite. |
