Default fever

isnt this just great... i got fever 38,8 C i'm shivering,muscle spasms..
and dizzy...headache usual, not so bad
why is all that happening to me ?? two hits in head in a month, now this..
but maybe it'll be better tommorow...
i have dr apointment tommorow, thats good

It happened me near the start, seemed to have a fever, neck was inflamed and burning in one ear. It went away. Drink plenty of fluids and rest.

thank you for reply.. i'm actually feeling better today.. my doctor was away today, another one checked my ears because of stabing pain... she saw clot and did nothing about it...
i'm thinking maybe my dizines wasnt caused by trauma, maybe its because of my ears which is actually good.. as soon as my doctor come back i'll give it remove and hoping i'll feel better
