Default question for those who are past the initial healing

Have any of you had anxiety or other psychological stresses increase as you got better physically? I still can't run but I'm otherwise doing really well. I am very able to think clearly, etc., work is going great, yada yada.

However, I feel my personality and my level of anxiety in general is really changed. It's not a good comfortable feeling. I realize now that I've never before actually experienced anxiety or depression, just immaturity. This in reality is a brain chemistry anxiety and depression I'm feeling. Wow, I feel so sad for people who deal with this on a real and constant basis.
