Default Discovering the benefits of Healing Touch and Reiki

I have 2 coworkers who have taken healing touch classes. Both of them have worked on me while i have been at work and i will have an icepick headache and they can feel the energy of it 2 feet away with their hands. They use different techniques to help break up the pain and pass along positive energy and i cant believe how amazing it has been. I bought a book on Reiki and got copies of the techniques listed by Healing Touch International and have started practicing on myself. I swear the benefits and pain relief and relaxation feel like i just took a percocet. Unbelievable. Im going to be taking a course in October to learn more and be able to do self healing along with healing my patients. Worth looking into!!
