How often do you run into a problem w/your recovery?

Thanks-
It's been two months since I was concussed and I'm frustrated that I still have to take pain meds. At the time, I thought it was minor, but I'm having to increase my meds every five days or so because I become tolerant so quickly. The last thing I want to do is be on pain meds for life. Have you tried seeing a chiropractor? Getting your back and neck adjusted may help. Regarding avoiding stress, approach this as an opportunity to re-evaluate how you deal with it. Hey, I know where you're coming from and I literally feel your pain.
