Being my pensive self, I found myself imagining life without technology. Although it could potentially be a more peaceful lifestyle, it would definitely have its deficits.
I am thankful that technology has allowed me to connect with all of you during this difficult time. A sense of community and understanding goes a long way in coping with trauma. I struggle every day and worry all of the time, but this is just life. It is all we have to hold on to. Thanks for the support everyone. |

I second this post. This site has been such a huge help to me over the last four months. I am amazed at the courage of those who are struggling with PCS, and feel deeply grateful for all the generosity, spirit, and encouragement I have found here.

Most, i believe, find this to be one of the few places where anyone "gets it" and that has been - for me - a big help towards reducing some of the frustration I feel. No matter what you say, no one thinks you're crazy, and in fact, someone usually confirms they've felt the same way or had the same experience! Nice to have somewhere to go where you can just be yourself again. Not sure what I'd have done without all the good folks on NeuroTalk!
