Default I'm Clean

I used to be a daily marijuana user, and casual drinker. It has now been about a month since I have used either of these substances. I have decided to be completely clean until I am healed. I am eating healthy and getting plenty of sleep as well. Hopefully this sets up the foundation my body needs to heal itself...

you will probably feel much better and want to stay that way.

Best of luck.

Even though my PCS caused me to lose my job, it has opened so many doors for me and I'm so grateful!! Keep up the GREAT work, Lindberg711!!!

My brother's recently trained as a vet, so has to be very knowledgeable about all sorts of biological stuff. Told me 'antioxidants' are the way forward, and that the brain is very good at reconnecting itself once inflammation has gone down, which is what antioxidants help with. So I looked them up on the internet and have been stuffing my face with them. Saves you from feeling completely powerless anyway.

I really miss getting drunk, but can't manage even one small alcoholic drink without getting a headache. Probably won't ever drink again, as much as I liked it pcs is so awful I'm not sure it's worth the risk. May try very small amounts, very carefully, when I've felt completely 'healed' for a long time.

Just think how much good all this is doing the rest of our bodies!

@lindberg711 - Congratulations!! I think you have made a very wise decision for yourself!!! Kudos for you for being able to keep it up!!

@Klaus - If you're getting into antioxidants, may I recommend trying an Omega 3-6-9 oil blend? I used to use Udo's oil, but then found out I am allergic to sesame seeds so now I use Barlean's. Taking 1-2 tbsp of omega oils is a much healthier way to take them (as opposed to say taking a pill) because your body can process them more efficiently (or something like that...)
