Default Newbie q's

Hi all,
I'm female, 55 yrs, teacher of adults, and very devoted to family and work. A little over three weeks ago I fainted before going to work. It was quite silly, I had taken à laxative the night before and got à sudden pain in my stomach while making breakfast. I started to feel weak, passed out and hit my head on the floor. My daughter found me snoring loudly and I had wet myself. When I awoke i went to the hospital. I couldn't focus, the walls were moving and switching places w the ceiling. The docs did à ct and EEG which were ok. After there days I went home. Everything was still spinning and bending forward made me almost fall over.
Here's to my questions: I don't have headaches, but I am having problems w balance, dizziness, focus and tinnitus ( fuzzy sound).I feel nausea when I exert myself walking slowly. I went to my doc who says i suffer from vestibilar neuritis, not post concussion, but My symptoms came after the fall. What say you? Thankful for any input. I can't work
