Default Does anybody else get bedspins?

Hi,

I am new here and have a question. Am I the only one who gets bed-spins when I lie down?

I was rear-ended 3 weeks ago and got a concussion, whiplash and a few other injuries. When I lay down my bed spins. (no I have not been drinking) but it is that same feeling I had 30 years ago after a party in college. My doc says it is normal and will pass, but I have not seen anyone else mention it.
