@Mark - I'm officially on break from video games. I noticed a huge change since I stopped playing. Thanks for the concern buddy and the help/advice you've given me thus far. I like the path I'm going down and I'm gonna continue heading in that direction.
@nightnurse30 - Thanks! Yeah I read a lot of your posts on staying positive and decided to give it a try. It's been part of my recovery the past couple weeks. I also noticed going to bible study and praying has been helping me a lot. LOTS of positive energy coming from that. I'll keep you guys up to date. Good to hear from you ... |

WOOHOO!!! Here's hoping the good days keep occuring on a more and more frequent basis. Funny how your idea of a good day is no headache, do dizziness, and less anxiety. Before it was how much can I cram into one day-now a good day might include a nap!
