I have been experiencing a strange new symptom the past few weeks.
My cell phone ring tone sounds just like a door bell, ding dong. If I hear a sound that is similar to the ding sound, I will hear a repetition of the ding dong sound for up to 10 seconds. Just about any ringing sound can cause this symptom. Has anybody else experienced this symptom? I believe it is neurological, not auditory. The repetitive nature is similar to when your brain gets stuck on a melody.
