Default well two days of driving, dr appointments, going out a bit hit me now

I woke up today feeling awful. I have to take my son for physical therapy for a fractured elbow ... and i'm wiped out already and its only 9am. I just feel like crap. I guess 2 days of being busy driving, going out, etc has now taken its toll.
