This is called sundowning. The brain fatigues from the day's efforts and by sun down, the struggles start to appear. You should try to rest more during the day. Cat naps every hour or two will make a big difference. Even if all you do is sit back and close your eyes in a quiet area, the reduction in sensory stimulation will allow the brain to 'reboot' or clear the chaos.
