Default Is a Neuro Opthamalogist Covered Under Health insurance?

I am wondering if I need to see a neuro opthamalogist. As I move my eyes I have pain in the back of my eyes and it makes my headaches much worse.

I do not have insurance for eyewear but I'd think that a neuro-opthamalogist should be covered under health insurance because I've been injured due to fainting.

Have any of you had to go to a neuro-opthamalogist and was it covered by health insurance?

thank you.
