How much gabapentin, and how many tiems a day are you taking it.
I take it twice a day. But only because I can't remember the third time each day. Please keep talking to us. Donna ![]() |

I'm taking 100mg of Gabapentin in the morning (if needed) and I'm taking between 200-300mg at night. Usually a couple hours before I plan on going to sleep. Seems to be working quite well. It makes me feel real mellow and calms my thoughts.
However, last night I had a massive panic/anxiety attack (sometimes I can't tell the difference) and I feel really strange today. First big one I've had in a couple weeks. |

First, there is no difference between a panic attack and an anxiety attack. Just different names for the same event.
Feeling strange today is a result of the overwhelming energy/effort put out by your brain last night. Back when I was still struggling with anxiety attacks, it would often take me a few days to recover. Relax, eat right, and try to get a good night's sleep. Glad to hear the gabapentin is working for you. Your response to such a low dose is good. Your brain just needs a little bit of help. That sounds promising.
