Gosh, I think if you're having trouble like this you should get a Dr. and then be referred to a specialist. If you don't have money or insurance, find a public assistance program in your area to get one.

I concur with EsthersDoll. You should definitely look into getting government assistance. Welfare offers health care and that's exactly what you need. Take advantage of government assistance, get a neurologist and possibly a combination of psychiatrist/psychologist for medicine management and therapy. Go down to Welfare tomorrow.
