I am also a vegetarian. I do eat eggs and dairy, and since my concussion, I have been trying to eat more nuts like almonds and walnuts. For my supplements, I take

B-Complex 100
Vitamin D3 (2000 IU)
MegaFoods Blood Builder: 15 mg Vitamin C, 30 mcg B12, 400 mcg Folate, 26 mg Iron
Acetyl-l-carnitine 500 mg
Algal DHA (900 mg) - this has the same nutrients as fish oil but comes from algae instead of fish

These help supply some of the nutrition that others may get from meat products.

Was experiencing:
Persistent headaches, fatigue, slowed cognitive functions, depression
Symptoms exacerbated by being in a crowd, watching TV, driving, other miscellaneous stress & sensory overload
