For those interested, Tufts University's Health & Nutrition Letter recently published a special report titled "The Heart-Brain Diet: Essential Nutrition for Healthy Longevity" (2011). I received a copy yesterday. It provides an accessible overview of brain-friendly nutrition (including a primer on brain and heart health, along with a sample 7-day menu planner). Worth a read, especially if you're relatively new to the subject.

Hi Greenfrog, do you still have a copy of this particular special report? I contacted Tufts and they no longer seem to have a copy either in print or electronic format.
I happened across your posting while researching for it online. Feel free to email me direct at my profile (i joined just so that I could ask you this question thanks! George |

It's a "Special Report" published by the editors. If you call the 800 customer service # they may be able to get you a copy.
