I have never heard of an MRI for a NUCCA chiro. He may have experience working with MRI images. If he knows how to spec the MRI to get the images he wants, they can be useful.
I know a chiropractor who does research into whiplash injuries and he uses MRI images. Must be useful images. The only reason to not get the MRI in my mind would be the high cost. Otherwise, go for it.
