Ok, my head is unfire as usually, im moving all day, thinking, talking, and not touching it and im trying to not think about it. When i touch it its hot as hell, in few secs my hand gets warm from it.
My head is hot all the time, i dont have temperature neither fever, my body is not swetting, its like that 24/7 since the injury, im planning another neurologist appointment, my neck is swelling aswell, its muscle is in good condition, theres something else wrong.. Im gonna go to shop a bit later and buy loads of ice lol, good idea ? it might help since i feel good in cold areas. |

Hey man, when did you get your concussion?
The same thing happened me in the weeks after I had the concussion. It was my head and neck, and at times one ear and then the other would just burn up. I had real bad neck stiffness for a good couple of months after as well. I tried ice and it really didn't do too much for it. I was basically going through one ice pack after the other until each melted, but it never felt like a typical overheating that could be resolved with ice. The hot head sensation faded after the first few weeks and eventually went away completely. No one was able to give me any indication as to what it was, just had a few doctors say I might have had whiplash. Good luck finding a doctor that can get to the bottom of it - just know it should go away with a little bit of time. I think it's probably hormonal since the concussion can throw things totally out of whack. Good luck. |
