I have said this many times before.

Anybody with PCS needs to have a home blood pressure kit. Then, when you have symptoms like the pressure in your throat you can check your BP to see if it is the cause.

If your BP is elevated during this symptom, then you can take steps to lower your BP with relaxation or reducing over-stimulation.

It's not rocket surgery or brain science to understand how this BP system works.
