There's a nice park a field across te street from me and stores nearby I'll try that walk to the store and park with the kids. I'll look on YouTube for easy sounding musi to pass the time maybe some talk radio also thanks I'll do my best to recover.

This is really probably the most frustrating phase. You have to just force yourself to SIT STILL. Especially if you are used to doing lots of stuff, it can be really hard.

I found it helpful to play SuperBetter during this time. It helped me to be more encouraged if I thought "I'm earning 20,000 points for lying still and breathing!" than if I just thought "I'm lying here doing nothing!"

Here's a link to an overview of my game: http://eowynridesagain.wordpress.com/game-basics/ If you scroll down to "Power-ups," you can see the list of activities I found I could do to pass the time without hurting myself.

SuperBetter is actually in beta and/or clinical trials now. You may be able to sign up for an account at http://www.superbetter.com

Good luck!
