I received another friendly comment today while I was doing my daily morning walk. I was crossing the street at a healthy, relaxed clip (just about normal) and a woman in my neighborhood called out: "you're doing much better." When I stopped to chat with her, she said, "You're doing so much better. When I first saw you, I thought, that must have been so painful."
It's true - I am doing a lot better (and have been making gains of late). It's nice to receive external confirmation of this. |

It is indeed great to hear external confirmation of our gains/improvement over the long term. And it's great to hear of your continued improvement. Thanks for keeping us posted!
