I've heard various things about how long to wait before flying after/with PCS. I'm guessing that much has to do with how extensive your vestibular (i.e. inner ear) problems are.
I am still having problems with balance. I don't fall and am able to walk and stand up straight. However, I get woozy after driving more than a short ways, going up and down elevators, and when having to bend down and stand up a lot (I'm trying to get better at avoiding this last when possible). I suspect that given these balance issues, I am not yet ready for air travel, and may not be for some time. I think the pressure changes and turbulence could really set off my symptoms. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Any feedback is much appreciated.

I fell in October and while the dr was not thrilled I had scheduled a family vacation. She had me take meds (antivert) and I used ear plugs and I survived the flight in both directions with no more or less symptoms, but then again I had limited activities so I did not enjoy the vacation as much as I could have....I have vestibular problems, and vertigo and hearing sensitivity as well as motion, but I did not throw up...I guess I lucked out

What kind of med is Antivert? I take it the name is short for "anti-vertigo," yes? Is it prescription or over-the-counter?
