I'm from the UK, I had an accident in late Dec and it took me 3 months to get better from the PCCS that followed.
Ive had headaches, confusion, lack of sleep, sensitivity to loud noises, memory loss, insomnia, and tiredness. This really is a horrible condition, I wouldnt whish it on my worst enemy. I found that doing nothing helped, I basically locked myself away for two weeks and lay in bed doing nothing, any kind of stressful situation would set me back. Really feel for anyone who gets stuck with this for many years, I couldn't cope with that. |
