Default Obese and post concussion syndrome

My family Docter wants me to loose 50 pounds. I lifted a lot of weights and taken supplement I wasn't fat fat obese I was heavy set but muscles I could bench 300 pounds 10 times 5 months ago. No I lost 25 pounds of muscles and gained 15 pounds or 20 pounds of fat since laying around healing my brain I notice I weigh less then I did 5 months ago but my muscles mass is gone 40%. And the muscles in my legs when I jogged are flabby.

In February I ran a police physical test in 3 minutes 55 seconds at 250 pounds . I lost weight to 233 then last two weeks I ate junk food an now I'm 245. But flabby. I researched concussions and obese they talk about blood flow and how former nfl players suffer more due to obese but the Showe improvements with proper diet and nutrition and excercise and maintain a healthy weight an brain supplants .

So got 6 months while in on disability and loving one next to nothing I will try to lose 30 pounds and see how it effects me. I will eat healthy drink water take supplants fr my brain and I will try L-carnosine I seem on dr oz show helps the brain. All my life I abused my brain from boxing poor diet you name it I did it and now I'm almost 30 years old I suffer from PCS.

And I abused my brain long enough and I will try this 6 month healing detox and report on here my recovery. I felt better for 10 days then 2 days ago I overdid my self with moving my family with a uhaul with no helpers and I'm back to square one. I'm going to loose 30 pounds and try to loose 50 by next summer and live healthy for life. I think 27 or so years of pop burgers pizzaS CHIPS and other junk finaly did me in and my 7 concussions.

CJM,

Your years of body building supplements likely did not help you either. They can put serious strains on the body.

Now, you can learn to live a healthy moderate life.

btw, Dr Oz tends to get a bit obsessive with his advice. A balanced diet with good brain supplements will do you great. No one supplement will make a big difference.

My best to you.
