Default Weird tightness/pressure at site of impact?

Its been 5 months since my impact when i got my concussion and 3 months since i partied and made my concussion worse.

Im doing good working at my job all day(construction) learning to push through my sensitivity to light and fatigue but over the last week or so i noticed where i hit my head in the back top left part of my head has a tightness/pressure that seems like its in my brain. its like an area alittle smaller than the size of a half dollar directly where i hit my head

is it my brain finally healing and its reaching the outside layers causing this feeling or is it something else? right before i partied and made my concussion worse i had this same feeling and it went away and turned to straight pain for 3 months

I doubt there is any way to know what is causing this feeling.
