Sounds like you have made some good choices. Glad to hear it. Just remember, rest and good brain nutrition is a long slow process.
I learned about brain nutrition 30 years ago. I recovered from a severe depression in 8 weeks with mega nutrition. Just in time for my daughter to be born. Now, almost 30 years later, she is about to pop her first baby out in the next week or so. Please keep us informed about how you are doing. And, as you keep track in your journal, try to note any possible triggers for any fatigue or other relapses. Learning from experience is a valuable part of recovery. My best to you.
