Hello Mark...

I don't know what Dr Perlmutter can or can't help me with, I'm just so

desperate to feel better that I've got to try something. After two years of a

worker comp Neurologist telling me there is nothing wrong with me, at least now I have been diagnosed with MTBI.

My symptoms include headaches, fatigue, 24/7 loud tinnitus, extremely

sensitive to noise, any noise, all noise. I have a pair of earplugs for every

sound level. Trouble focusing, concentration. I seem to stare a lot. Difficult to

remember anything. Most of my day is worked around laying in bed with a

pillow over my head. I am getting a bllod test to determine levels of Vit D & B.

I have literally had no help in coping skills. DOES IT EVER GO AWAY?

decimalsOTE=Mark in Idaho;909114]Hybernating,

Forgive me if I have asked this before. What symptoms are you struggling with the most and hope Dr Perlmutter can help with?

What have you been doing besides the nutrition he is starting you on?

btw, B-12 shots are the expensive way to get B-12 levels up. Have you had a blood test to check your B-12 levels?

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy usually take 40 to 80 sessions to see any improvement, it at all.

Has anybody helped you learn work-arounds and other coping skills?[/QUOTE]
