Default sinus/ skull x-ray

I have myself worried sick,
To Mark, I apologise for starting yet another new thread.

Yes, I've had concussion scares in the past but nothing major.

I woke up feeling really good this morning, but by the afternoon I found a dent in my forehead. It doesn't hurt to touch at all, doesn't seem to be the skull, just the flesh. It's also not too deep, but it's there.

So, I went back to a new doctor again, I told him I have a dent from hitting my head and I've had sinusitis and post nasal drip all week, along with nausea on Sunday night.

He's given me antibiotics and I need a sinus/ skull x ray tomorrow, to make sure.

Could I have fractured my skull? It doesn't hurt at all to touch, but the sinus symptoms worry me. I don't know if it was simply sinus or if it's a CSF leak.

Please give me some thoughts, because I'm very nervous about it.
