Default Brain zaps!! And possible supplement help

Havent really posted on these forum in a while but im doing alot better than i was about a month ago. Ive been doing low impact workouts to help blood flow and to promote neurotrophy. About 2 weeks ago i feel like i really tuned the corner in my recovery; it took a little over 2 months from my second concussion.

However lately ive been getting these brain zaps or brain clicks every couple of minutes. It is really a eerie experience to say the least. One i started getting better i started getting the zap/clicks. They usually come whenever i have one of those AHA! moments, day dream and come back to reality, or remember a word. I think it might have something to do with my brain finally making connections with neurons that have finally been regenerated. Any suggestions or has anyone experienced this?

Also daily for the last week ive taken krill oil, small doses of alpha gpc, phosphatidylserine and uridine. This combo of supplements helps immensely for it has has been shown to produce dendrite outgrowth(neurotrophy) and maintenance of myelin sheaths/phospholipid neuron membranes. I dont feel like fishing around for the medical journals for anyone who wants to disagree theyre out there, you can find them. But i can litterally feel this combo helping and on a plus side its accumulative and doesnt wear off if u miss a dose like a drug.
