I am somewhat, but personally, I do not have anyone to look after me or help me with things so if I didn't chase down benefit claims and respond to my solicitor and employers or go online to order food for the week then nothing would ever happen.

I've got another physio appt tonight, be "preparing" all day for it by sleeping

Plus I have to move and haven't even found a place to move to yet. Then when I do I have to think about the 500000+ places i need to notify of my change of address.

If I had somebody to help me I would get a lot more rest than I do I wish more than ever I could dedicate an entire month to being stress/worry free right now.
