Default PCS = Leg cramps

Just curious, I tried a search and did not come up with anything. I have seen reference of some people having some muscle pain however.

I noticed that when I hit a bout of insomnia or go through a day or two of some cognitively taxing activities my calf muscles feel like I ran a marathon the previous day. They feel sore and tight like they were worked too hard at the gym, hangs around until I can get a couple of days of proper sleep generally.

Anyone else have this?

Before my last setback I had leg cramps for about 5 days worsening until the day of my setback. Although I have returned to work part-time now and much better I am somewhat questioning if this is a warning sign of a threshold?
