Default Abnormal eng

I recently had an eng test requested by the IME who was an ENT DO(eieio)
The test came abnormal, wich I figured it would because I basically had no
response to the caloric tests, and the nurse case manager told me when I called
her to find out if it was sent to the TBI center( something tells me that was a no no) I also had an IME with a nuerogist, second IME with him, when he checked my reflexes at the knee neither one of my legs jumped or kicked, I'm starting to get alot more concerned now. Should I be? Just trying to get that worried feeling off my back. Thanks NT.
